Traffic Alert: Three Lanes Of Route 17 In Goshen Closed After Tractor-Trailer Hits Overpass A tractor-trailer hauling an excavator hit an overpass in Orange County and rolled over, blocking three eastbound traffic lanes on Route 17.  The incident occurred in Orange County early Tuesday, Dec. 10, in Goshen at Exit 124. Trooper Jennifer Alvarez said there are detours in place. But traffic is backed up. The lanes are expected to be closed for several hours.  This is a developing story.
