A missing Connecticut mother of five has been declared dead by a judge after being missing for more than four years.
Fairfield County resident Jennifer Farber Dulos, age 50, of New Canaan, was declared dead officially by a judge on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023, according to ABC News 7.

Mawhinney, 54, of South Windsor, Connecticut, was reportedly arrested at gunpoint during a traffic stop by state police after searching for him for several hours on Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, took the stand in a civil lawsuit filed by her mother claiming he owes her more than $2.5 million.
