Yves LaRochelle, age 72, had been last seen in Glen Head on the afternoon of Monday, June 17.
Authorities announced on Wednesday, June 19 that the man had been found.

A Long Island man, along with his company, has been charged with multiple counts in relation to a kickback scheme, authorities announced.
On Tuesday, Sept. 12, the Nassau County District Attorney announced that 58-year-old Glen Head resident Angelo Stanco, along with his Glen Cove company American Paving & Masonry Corp., were arraigned on charges including grand larceny for their alleged wage theft scheme.

Anna Maria Restrepo, a 59-year-old Glen Head resident, was sentenced on Thursday, April 27 to three to six years in prison on grand larceny charges, the Nassau County District Attorney announced.

Trio Steals Multiple Tires, Rims From Long Island Dealerships, Police Say
Three men accused of stealing multiple car tires and rims from Long Island dealerships have been arrested.
Chase Barret, age 33, of Astoria; Eldorado Sterling, age 29, of Queens; and Jovanie Clarke, age 29, of Queens, were arrested on Sunday, April 2 following a traffic stop in Woodbury, according to Nassau County Police.
Officers spotted them at around 2 a.m. in a white Ford Econoline van traveling on Jericho Turnpike. The vehicle had been involved in multiple previous larcenies, police said.

The busts took place throughout Nassau County on Tuesday, May 24 as part of multiple investigations.

Long Island has seen a slight uptick in positive COVID-19 cases though statewide numbers continue trending in the right direction.
There have now been 44,924 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nassau, and 45,006 in Suffolk as each county saw less than 100 new cases in the latest numbers provided by the state Department of Health.
There have been 2,198 COVID-19 fatalities in Nassau and 2,005 in Suffolk.
