Hunterdon County Firefighter, Dad Bryan Pascale Dies At 45: 'A True Fireman's Fireman'
Bryan Pascale, a Tewksbury Township resident and firefighter in Califon died on Monday April 15 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, four days after celebrating his 45th birthday, according to his obituary.
Born in Plainfield, Pascale was a lifelong Hunterdon County resident, living in Washington and later Glen Gardner, where he graduated from Voorhees High School in 1997, his obituary reads. He spent the last nine years in Tewksbury and was vice president of his family's business, Central Sheet Metal Fabricators in Middlesex, according to his obituary.

Suspect Nabbed In Months-Long Burglary Spree Targeting North Jersey Businesses: Prosecutor
A suspect has been arrested in connection to a spree of burglaries targeting businesses across North Jersey lasting several months, authorities said.
John Berardi, of School Street in Washington, was charged with six counts of burglary, seven counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of theft of moveable property, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said on Thursday, April 27.
Berardi, 59, is accused of breaking into businesses in Washington Township and Borough (Warren County), Mount Olive, and Glen Gardner by throwing a rock through either a glass door or a plate glass window.

A Hunterdon County corrections officer has been accused of sexually assaulting a child for several years, authorities said on Thursday, March 30.
Jared Green, 35, of Pohatcong Township, was charged with five counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault, four counts of second-degree child endangerment, and two counts of criminal sexual contact, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Eighteen people were arrested and charged as part of a several-month investigation into the distribution of meth, heroin, cocaine, and suboxone in Hunterdon County, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 19.
The investigation was launched by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office with assistance from the Clinton Township Police Department Investigative Division after numerous complaints were received regarding narcotic activity along Route 22 in Clinton Township, Prosecutor Renée Robeson said.

State Police: DWI Hunterdon County Man, 34, Found With Heroin, Crack Cocaine, Xanax On Route 80
A Hunterdon County man was intoxicated when he was found with heroin, crack cocaine and Xanax during a traffic stop on Route 80 in Totowa Tuesday night, state police said.
Robert Hodulich, 34, was stopped for a violation when driving westbound on Route 80 at milepost 55 in Totowa around 7:45 p.m., state police said in a release.
During questioning, Hodulich, of Glen Gardner, was found to be under the influence, police said.
Hodulich was also found with about $175 worth of heroin, crack cocaine, Xanax pills, and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Hunterdon County native and former member of three rescue squads Joshua Ryan Dixon died at his home on July 9 at the age of 37.
Born in Raritan Township, Dixon graduated from Glen Gardner’s Voorhees High School in 2002 before moving to Summerville, South Carolina about four years ago, his obituary says.

State Police: Hunterdon County Woman, 46, Struck, Killed By Car While Crossing Route 31
A Hunterdon County woman was struck by a car and killed while crossing Route 31 in Hampton Borough Friday evening, state police said.
Tara Temby, 46, was crossing the southbound lanes of the highway when she was hit by a Saturn driven by a 70-year-old Glen Gardner man near milepost 38.4 shortly before 7:30 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry said.
Temby, of Flemington, was pronounced dead at the scene, Curry said.
No traffic resulted from the two-and-a-half-hour closure of the right lane following the accident, authorities said.
The incident remains under investigation, authorities said.
