Workplace Burnout Hits Highest Mark In Decade
As staffing levels shrink and workloads grow, a troubling trend is taking shape in the American workplace. A new report shows burnout among US workers has reached its highest level in 10 years, with sharp drops in employee satisfaction and growing concerns about senior leadership. The research, conducted by Glassdoor, reveals that employee reviews mentioning “burnout” jumped by 32 percent year-over-year in Q1 2025.
