Alert Issued For Missing 17-Year-Old From Capital Region Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the region. Fulton County resident Harmmony Lamont, age 17, of Johnstown, was reported missing Wednesday, Aug. 30, according to police. Investigators said she may be Johnstown or Gloversville.
