Reading Shooting Victim Was Father Of Six, Loved Ones Say
Ellis Garman Sr., a Reading husband and father of six, was shot and killed in his car on Friday, June 21, city police said. He was 44.
Garman's suspected killer, 32-year-old Vincent Sanchez, is currently sought by police on an arrest warrant.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Gene Garman and Jean (Kohl) Miley, Garman was the husband of Amaryllis N. Garman, according to his obituary. Loved ones said he leaves behind six children: Michael Perez, Milemi Perez, Luisa Perez, Ellis Garman Jr., Tiara Rodriguez, and Roberto Hernandez.

Duo Charged Face Larceny, Conspiracy, ID Theft Charges, Darien Police Say
Two men have been charged with larceny, conspiracy and trespassing in Darien, according to police.
A “concerned citizen” contacted Darien Police on Wednesday, Sept. 4 around 2 p.m.
The caller stated that she observed a light-colored vehicle with New York plates pull into a home that is uninhabited and on the market across from her residence, police say.
The occupants of the vehicle allegedly left a note on the door of the residence which, according to the caller, provided directions to leave a package on the step, giving the addressee and tracking number, police say.
