Car Crashes Into Scaffolding At Apartment Complex In New Rochelle (Developing) Firefighters and emergency responders raced to an apartment building in Westchester after a vehicle collided with scaffolding near an entrance.  The incident happened on Monday, Dec. 30 just after noon, when the vehicle crashed into scaffolding at the Faymor Gardens apartment complex in New Rochelle at 140 Pelham Rd., fire buff Domenic Ramacciato told Daily Voice.  The crash caused damage to the scaffolding.
