Federal agents say a Massachusetts man had thousands of child sexual abuse files on his device and admitted to buying and selling the material online.
Yojuande Blaize, 23, of Southbridge, was arrested and charged on Thursday, May 21, with possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Investigators said they found child sexual abuse material during a review of a folder on Blaize’s device that allegedly contained more than 7,000 videos and images.

A 27-year-old Burlington County man pleaded guilty on Thursday, March 13, to making child pornography with an 8-year-old while visiting Florida, authorities said.
Michael Taylor and Alexandra Stevens, both from Willingboro, made child sex abuse material with an 8-year-old and distributed it over the internet while in Central Florida in November 2023, Acting United States Attorney Sara Sweeney said.

Thieves Snatch Teaneck Residents' Checks From Postal Boxes, Forge Them For $240,218
A criminal crew stole checks mailed by Teaneck residents from postal boxes, then changed the amounts to more than 100 times the totals and cashed them, federal authorities said.
Noah Aranzamendi, 25, of Brooklyn, and his associates used universal (or "arrow") keys to open the outdoor mailboxes, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said.
They then shared images via an encrypted message app of the checks, which were then altered, the U.S. attorney said.
The four checks, which were initially written out for a total of $1,896.59, ended up fetching a whopping $240,218, he said.

A federal grand jury indicted a 45-year-old Brockton man this week on charges he coerced three minors into making child porn for him, authorities said.
Zaire Aquil Lodge, 45, is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of receipt of child pornography, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. Police arrested him on Monday, Jan. 23, and he will be held in federal custody, pending further notice.
