Undercover Bust: 5 People Seeking Sex With Teens Met By Detectives In Berks County, DA Says Five people seeking sex with teens have been arrested in an undercover Berks County sting, authorities said. All five individuals responded to an ad, posted on Monday, Jan. 19 by detectives, offering sex with 14- and 15-year-old juveniles at various locations in Berks County, the county district attorney's office announced. The individuals agreed to meet up and have sex with the "teens," but instead were met by detectives and promptly arrested, District Attorney John T. Adams said. Sedan Fire Closed US Rt 222 In Ephrata: Officials (Photos) A third vehicle fire was reported on a major highway in Central Pennsylvania on Thursday morning. A four-door sedan caught fire on Route 222 North shortly before 8 a.m. on Dec. 14, according to a release by West Earl Fire Station 29. Volunteer firefighters took Engine 29-1 to the and quickly extinguished the fire, officials with the station explained. The vehicle fire briefly closed the roadway just south of the Ephrata Exit.  No injuries were reported. Two other vehicles caught fire on Interstate 81. Click here to see the dramatic photos.

Crash On US 222 Causing Delays In Ephrata (Developing) A multi-vehicle crash is causing major delays on US 222 in Ephrata, authorities say.  A van hauling a trailer flipped over by mile marker 39.4 on US 222 northbound near Peach Road, West Earl Township just after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications.
