New details have been released after a missing 10-year-old boy at the center of a Missing Endangered Person Advisory was found safe following hours of intense searching across the region, police said. Missing juvenile Muhammad Sakho was located unharmed in Upper Chichester at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
