Officers from the Rhinebeck Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop of Hyde Park resident Christopher Marchant for a traffic violation on Saturday, Nov. 10. Troopers on patrol shortly before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8 stopped a Honda Accord on Noxon Road in LaGrange for violations of the vehicle and traffic law. State police from the Wappinger barracks received a complaint regarding the alleged conduct on Monday, Feb. 19. An investigation found that Elisa D.
