State police have released the names of the four people killed in a two-car crash on I-76 in Philadelphia early Saturday morning.
They are:
Jean Santana, 31, of Philadelphia

An alleged speeding Connecticut driver who was accused of being high on alcohol or drugs slammed into a police department's sign, destroying it.
The incident took place in Windham County around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4 in Plainfield.
When notified by police dispatchers of a crash in front of the department officers walked outside to find a silver Honda Accord against the department's entrance sign, the department said.

A Hudson Valley man was nabbed for allegedly pulling into the path of a police cruiser while driving drunk.
The incident took place in Ulster County around 11 a.m., Monday, March 27 on Route 9W in Saugerties.
According to Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra, a 2013 Audi A5, driven by James Dorans, age 37, of Saugerties, pulled onto Route 9W from Red Maple Road, directly into the path of a marked Saugerties Police car, nearly striking the patrol vehicle.
