Mikael Nihart, 25, of Pottstown, was riding a motorcycle west on Route 724 near Red Corner Road in Union Township, Berks County, when a deer ran out in front of him on Saturday, Nov. 2, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report. Double-Fatal Crash: Men In 20s ID'd As Victims After Vehicle Hits Deer In Lumberland Two men from the region were killed when the vehicle they were riding struck a deer and then a tree, ejecting both. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, in the area of 196 Rio Dam Road in Lumberland. According to Sullivan County Sheriff's Office Undersheriff Eric Chaboty, an investigation revealed that two men were riding a single four-wheel ATV westbound on Rio Dam Road when they struck a deer in the roadway.  Chaboty said this caused the quad to leave the pavement and strike a tree. Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash With Deer: Lehigh County Coroner A motorcyclist fatally struck a deer on Wednesday morning, Oct. 2, the Pennsylvania State Police said.  Donald E. Guldin, 57, of Lower Macungie Township, was driving a 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle in the area of State Route 100 near Windy Road in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County when he struck a deer at 5:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to the Pennsylvania State Police and the Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio.  Guldin was pronounced dead at the scene, Buglio said. Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Hitting Deer On 9W A motorcyclist from Bergenfield was hospitalized after hitting a deer on Route 9W in Alpine, authorities said. The 22-year-old rider's Honda struck the deer on the road's southbound side just south of Alpine Scout Camp shortly before 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Alpine Police Chief Christopher Belcolle said. Motorcyclist Dies After Collision With Deer In Dauphin County A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a deer in Swatara, authorities said. The crash occurred in the 1000 block of Eisenhower Boulevard at 10:26 p.m. on April 27, police said. Steven Pacini, 63 of Chambersburg, was taken to a Milton S.
