Christopher Rosa, 37, of Waterbury, was arrested and charged in connection with the Sunday, March 23, incident, according to police. The girl was playing in the front yard of her Columbia Boulevard home in Waterbury when she said a man pulled up and tried to get her into his car. She refused. Around 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, the district received reports of text messages sent from an unknown number threatening a schoolwide attack at Walter T. The New York State Police, Rhinebeck Police Department, and the Red Hook Police Department are investigating the incidents that happened in Dutchess County on Tuesday, Jan. 28 in the towns of both Rhinebeck and Red Hook.
