Paramus Catholic Teacher Dies At 67 The Paramus Catholic High School community is mourning the loss of teacher Helen Bottari, who died on Monday, June 29. She was 67 years old. Bottari had been a dedicated member of the Paramus Catholic faculty since 2010, where she was known for her compassion, wisdom, and commitment to Catholic education, school President Chris Farrell said. Bottari was born in the Bronx and raised in Blauvelt, NY.
