It happened in the westbound lanes of Street Road near the Route 1 overpass around 10:15 p.m. on July 6, the department said. Police are seeking two teenagers who they say harassed a pair of children at a playground in Bedminster Township on Wednesday, June 14. It happened around 8:30 p.m., police said in a release.
