A Connecticut man whose blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit was stopped while driving the wrong way on an I-84 off-ramp over the weekend, authorities said.
Angel Sanabria, 44, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with multiple felonies and traffic violations after police stopped his SUV, which had heavy front-end damage with smoke billowing from the engine, and fluids leaking onto the road as if he'd been in a recent crash, Connecticut State Police said.

PA Police Officer Busted On DUI Charge: Authorities
A patrolman has been arrested for driving under the influence, according to a release by police and public records.
Daniel A. Benscics, 33, of Bethlehem, was arrested following a traffic stop on Dec. 12 at 2 a.m., according to Lititz Borough police.
Benscics was initially stopped for unsafe driving, but with police for he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, he was taken into custody, as stated in the release. He blew a 0.190% Breath Alcohol Content during his breathalyzer test for evidence, according to the release.

BMW Driver Doing Donuts In Morris County Walmart Lot Charged With Underage DWI
A Union County driver doing donuts in a Morris County Walmart parking lot was charged with underage DWI, authorities said.
Kyle Young, 20, was revving the engine of a blue BMW and doing "donuts" in the parking lot of Walmart in Flanders when officers stopped him around 7:45 p.m. Friday, Mt. Olive Township police said.
Young, of Hillside, failed a series of field sobriety tests, and later found to have been drinking, police said.
