Firefighters rescued four people and two dogs after a 17-foot boat capsized in the Hudson River. The incident occurred in Dutchess County near New Hamburgh and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 3. Two Connecticut men were found dead in a lake after their canoe overturned. The incident occurred in Tolland County in Bolton at Lower Bolton Lake on Wednesday, March 13.
