Masked Stranger Randomly Taser Attacks 68-Year-Old Lancaster County Woman
A 68-year-old Lancaster County woman was stunned in the chest and punched in the face during a random attack at her front door, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Benjamin Andrew Brinker, 34, of Salisbury Township, is accused of barging into the woman’s Paradise Township home on the 200 block of South Belmont Road on Monday, Aug. 19, around 3:45 p.m.
