More information has been released about a Route 6 vehicle pursuit that started in Westchester County and ended with suspects in custody after becoming stuck at a gas station in Putnam County, including the identity and charges against one of the drivers.
Juan Enrique Padilla-Cruz, 28, who is listed as homeless, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 28, following a pursuit that began in Yorktown and ended in Putnam County, Yorktown Police said on Thursday, Jan. 29.

Hudson Valley Man Charged With Attempted Rape Of Child Under 13-Years-Old
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with the attempted rape of a 13-year-old child.
Dutchess County resident Michael S. Fowler, age 37, of Wappingers Falls, was charged on Thursday, July 20 for attempted rape in the first degree.
Following an investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, it was determined Fowler attempted to have sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 13, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
Fowler was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, $15,000 bond, or $100,000 partially secure bond.
Woman Narrowly Escapes Rape Attack Outside Chantilly Library: Report
A Virginia woman had a scary experience in Chantilly, after she was attacked and almost raped outside a library, according to NBC4 Washington.
On Sept. 26, the victim was outside Chantilly Regional Library on Stringfellow Road, when a man stole her jewelry, shoved her to the ground, attempted to rape her, the website said.
Officers found the suspect nearby, 37-year-old Nolberto Sanchez Hernandez, and charged him with attempted rape, robbery and malicious wounding. His court date was set for Nov. 16, NBC4 Washington said.
