An interstate drug distribution ring has been broken up and six suspects are now facing charges following a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) investigation, Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown announced.
On Wednesday, Feb. 15, the AG’s Office announced charges for six suspects who were involved in the drug conspiracy that led to the seizure of nearly $500,000 worth of narcotics in Maryland.

Maryland '1800 Boys' Gang Members Face Murder, Drugs, Weapons Charges: AG
Nine men have been charged for their roles in a criminal gang and operating an open-air drug market that operated throughout Baltimore City, according to Attorney General Anthony Brown.
Brown announced the indictments of nine men for their role in the gang, as well as one member who is wanted for his role in the murder of Baltimore resident Marquis Carter in November last year.

3 Men Arrested, $70,000 Worth Of Drugs Seized In Raid Of Trenton Home, State Police Say
Three men were arrested after a raid of a Trenton home found $70,000 worth of drugs and $23,000 in cash, authorities said.
Malcolm Echols, 29, Abdul Patilla, 40, and Anthony Brown, 29, all of Trenton, on Aug. 27 were accused of distributing drugs out of a Fulton Street home, according to New Jersey State Police.
Later that day, detectives executed search warrants at the home and on a vehicle registered to Brown.
The search yielded five pounds of marijuana, more than two pounds of ecstasy pills, and $23,000 cash, state police said.

Wanted Long Island Man Nabbed Months After Attacking Victim, Causing Brain Trauma, Police Say
A Long Island man wanted for more than six months for an assault was nabbed by police.
Anthony Brown, 31, of Hempstead, was arrested for an assault that took place on Sunday, July 14, 2019, in Lakeview, said the Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, the male victim, 34, was standing outside of a Nissan having a conversation with the occupants.
That's when Brown allegedly approached the victim from behind and struck him with an unknown object, police said.
The victim suffered a fractured skull, brain trauma and was transported to an area hospital.
