Coroner IDs Camper Killed By Falling Tree In Bucks County The woman who died when a tree fell on her RV at a Bucks County campsite was 69-year-old Cynthia Cousins, the Coroner's Office says.  Cousins, of Bensalem, was at the Quakerwoods Campground at 2225 Rosedale Road when a tree fell on her camper late on Saturday, April 20, officials said. Her cause of death was blunt head and torso injuries and the manner was accidental, said Coroner Patricia Campi. PA Driver Killed After Crashing Into Tree: Coroner The Topton man who died after crashing into a tree in Mertztown on Tuesday night, April 16 was Allan G. Levin, according to officials.  The Lehigh County Coroner's Office said Levin, 51, hit a tree on the 700 block of State Street around 10:30 p.m.  He was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where he died from multiple blunt force injuries about an hour later, the Coroner's Office said. His manner of death was accidental.  Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
