Two Bridgeport Residents Charged With Voter Fraud In Stratford STRATFORD, Conn. — Stratford police have arrested two Bridgeport residents in connection with voter fraud during the town’s mayoral election. Troy Stevenson, 56, and Betty Chappell, 56, were both arrested on warrants for applying for absentee ballots during the November election, police said.
