Man Rapes Girl Under 15 In Northern Virginia, Police Say A 36-year-old man is accused of raping a girl under 15 years old in northern Virginia, police said. Dennis William Caballero Mejia, of Woodbridge, was at a house on Gloucester Court with the victim on May 21 when he prevented the girl from leaving a room and sexually assaulted her, Prince William County police said. The girl was able to separate herself from Mejia and contact police. Mejia was charged with rape and abduction and held without bond, police said. Elith Samuel Parada was arguing with the 23-year-old tenant at a home on the 2700 block of Burrough Hill Lane in Woodbridge around 10:30 p.m. april 21, when he physically prevented her from leaving the home, county police said. After an "extended period of time," the victim was able to leave the home and called police. No injuries were reported. Woman Held Hostage, Sexually Assaulted By Man She Met On Virginia Street: Cops A 60-year-old Virginia man was arrested after holding a victim hostage and sexually assaulting her, police said. Teodros Girma, of Gainesville, approached a woman around 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 12 on Deming Drive, and went into the woman's apartment together, Prince William County police said. Girma prevented her from leaving and inappropriately touched her, police said. The victim eventually left the apartment and reported the incident to a family member who contacted the police.  Girma was arrested and charged with abduction with intent to defile and sexual assault.
