PA Snowblowing Dad Struck Dead By Pickup Was DOC Nurse, Local Sports Coach A Pennsylvania man struck and killed by a pickup truck while out snowblowing last weekend was a dad of three who spent 25 years working as a healthcare professional for the department of corrections, his obituary says. Brian P. Hyde, 49, of Scottdale, was struck by a 2019 Dodge Ram heading south on water street around 9:55 a.m. Saturday, March 12, according to Westmoreland County Coroner Timothy Carson.
