North Salem Elementary School Student Struck By Bicyclist A bicyclist struck a child exiting a school bus in York County and failed to report the incident to any authorities, so the police have released the bus's dashcam video in hopes of tracking him down.  A 10-year-old boy from North Salem Elementary School was struck by the bicyclists while exiting the school bus with several other students in the 2600 block of West Canal Road around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, according to the release by the Northern York County Regional Police Department on June 4.  The police noted the following about the incident: "The school bus was eastbound on…
