ID'd As Human Remains Found Near PA Post Office: Authorities Human remains found near a Harrisburg area US Post Office have been identified, authorities told Daily Voice on Friday, April 14, 2023.  Donald " Freddy" Harris, 58, of Harrisburg had been missing since July 16, 2022, and his remains were found on the afternoon of Sunday, March 19, 2023, Dauphin County Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Libhart told Daily Voice.
