Man Found Dead In Tent In Central PA: Police A man was found dead inside of a tent in central Pennsylvania around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, police say. Volunteers feeding people experiencing homelessness who were living in the area first reported the incident to Daily Voice. The unidentified man was found deceased in a tent during a welfare check near the encampment by Front and Sycamore streets in Harrisburg, police told Daily Voice on Thursday afternoon. The volunteers were unable to go into the makeshift city to distribute food due to the police activity, after the man was found, a leader of the volunteer group said.  …

Police Seek ID Of Man, 61, Who Died After Found Unconscious On Lancaster Sidewalk Police are asking for the public's help identifying a 61-year-old man found unconscious March 18, who died in hospital. Crews responded to 33 New Dorwart Street for an unconscious man on the sidewalk at 6:56 p.m, after a neighbor reported finding him on the sidewalk -- unaware of how he'd gotten there, police said. The man was taken to Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, where he was treated for severe head injuries and died a few days later, police said.
