Manheim Teen Caught With Gun, THC In 'Vaccum-Sealed Bag,' Police Say
Numerous vehicle violations led police to pull over a vehicle where they found forged documents, an illegal gun, and a "vaccum-seaed bag" of THC marijuana, authorities say.
Brandon Daevon Graves, 19, of Lancaster, was driving a car with "heavily tinted windows," an out rear-side brake light, and "expired inspection and emissions stickers," along Columbia Avenue at Jackson Drive on Fed. 17, 2023 Manheim Township police explain in the release.
