5 People Hospitalized Following Head-On Crash At Tanger Outlets Five People have been hospitalized and a road was closed following a head-on collision at the Tanger Outlets on Thursday, July 7, authorities say. The two-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Lincoln Highway East/State Route 30 and Millstream Road in East Lampeter Township, according to county dispatch. Multiple ambulances were called to the scene and at least five people were taken to area hospitals. East Lampeter Police Say This Thief Keeps Coming Back For More East Lampeter Township police are looking for a woman who allegedly stole for the Tanger Outlets -- and then returned to do it again. The woman pictured supposedly stole over $2,000 in purses from the Kate Spade store at the Tanger Outlets on Lincoln Highway East, on Feb. 27 and March 29, according to police.
