Police Probe Death Of Woman Found In Central PA Street As Homicide A 32-year-old woman was found dead around midnight on Wednesday, May 18, and police suspect she was murdered. The York City police were called to "an unknown problem" in the first block of State Street when they arrived to discover the woman's body, the police said in a release later that morning. Detectives were notified and are investigating her death as a homicide, according to a release by the department. An autopsy will be scheduled to determine the cause of death, police say.
