York County Man, 31, Dies In Crash On Rt. 30 In Lancaster A Windsor Township man died in a crash along Route 30 in Lancaster on Sunday, say East Hempfield Police. Albert Gilbert Meier Acosta, 31, was travelling Westbound on Route 30 in Lancaster near Rohrerstown Road in a Mini Cooper when he struck a disabled Chrysler 300 parked along the shoulder, according to police. Police arrived on the scene of the crash at approximately 9:26 p.m. The impact of the Cooper into the Chrysler caused the Chrysler to catch fire. The westbound lanes of Route 30 were closed until 2:45 a.m. Acosta was transported to Lancaster General Hospital where he died. The f…
