Police asked for assistance identifying and locating the man in the photograph on Wednesday night and he was located and arrested Thursday morning. He is a suspect in a sexual assault and attempted rape at the Giant grocery store on Pauline Drive in York Township in the early evening of July 7. York Regional PD: BMW Driver Impersonated Police, Pulled Vehicle Over A man in York has been impersonating police, authorities said.A witness reported seeing a man in a black BMW without a visible plate flashing red and blue lights pulling over a car on Pauline Drive in York Township on Sunday, around 5:30 p.m., York Area Regional police said. The impersonator was out of the car yelling at the driver he had stopped, police said. The man is not believed to be an officer with any department. York Area Regional Police urge the public to call 911 if you see this vehicle stopping other cars.
