Roe V. Wade has officially been overturned by the Supreme Court, eradicating 50 years of American women's rights to abortion. The Supreme Court's decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization made Friday, June 24, upheld a Mississippi law that banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Over 80 children worldwide— between the ages of six and 13-years-old— were groomed by a California man to produce child porn— including five children from Pennsylvania, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said. Comfort dogs will be allowed in criminal trials, but only under certain conditions, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Wednesday. Technicality Could Lead To Lighter Sentence For Trucker Guilty Of Vehicular Manslaughter In PA
The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court ruled that a lower court's sentencing of a trucker convicted for killing three people was too harsh. Pennsylvania was named among the top 20 states in the U.S, according to YouGov. Pennsylvania ranked at number 17 with a 55% win.
