Driver Who Struck Teen Dead In Central PA Hit-Run ID'd: Police (2nd Update) The names of both the driver who fled a fatal Manheim hit-and-run and the victim have been released by the police and the family respectively.  Mikayla Victoria Mustard, 23 of Harrisburg, has been identified as the driver of a white Nissan Maxima that hit a 16-year-old boy believed to have been working along the side of the road on May 2, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department's updated release on Wednesday, May 8.  The boy has been identified by his family and friends as Curtis Michael Groff.
