Ghost Gun, Firearms, $10K, Drugs Seized In Raids Of Central PA Apartments, DA Says Three York County residents were arrested following a pair of raids at their apartments in which firearms, high capacity magazines, cash, drugs and ghost guns were seized, authorities announced Friday. Those arrested include Derren Williams, who was on house arrest and wearing an ankle monitor, his girlfriend Kristen Flaherty and Victor Cruz were each arrested on several narcotics and weapons offenses, District Attorney Dave Sunday said.
