Man Shot In Face In Harrisburg, Police Say A man has been shot in the face and his attempted killer is being sought by the police following a 3 a.m. shooting on Friday, May 26, 2023, Harrisburg Bureau of Police announced around 4 p.m. that same day.  Michael E. 'Long Argument' Ends With Deadly Lebanon Shooting: Police A “long and ongoing argument” between two men came to its deadly conclusion on Thursday, March 9, 2023, authorities announced the following day.  Jean Ortiz-Rivera, 30, of Lebanon, was in the 900 block of Lehman Street shot just before 5 p.m. and was taken to a Dauphin County hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to area police.
