US Rt 30 Reopens After HazMat Called To Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer (Update) A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused major delays on US Route 30 on Friday afternoon. The tractor-trailer leaked fuel onto US Rt. 30 East by Exit: PA 462 - Lincoln Highway, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications.  The jackknifing happened around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, dispatchers explained. No injuries were reported, but a HazMat crew remains on the scene for "spill control," dispatchers said. Company 63 from the  Lafayette Fire Company assisted Lancaster County HazMat with the cleanup. Police Search For ‘At Risk’ PA Teen Missing For Days After Leaving Job At McDonald's A central Pennsylvania teenager has been missing since Saturday, according to the police. East Lampeter Township police are searching for Lindsay Vargas, 17, of Lancaster County, who they consider “at risk.” Vargas was last seen leaving her job at McDonald’s near East Towne Mall located at 2090 Lincoln Highway on Saturday, Feb. 5 at approximately 10:30 a.m.,according to a release by the police.
