Jose Jabdier Diaz, 21, of York, was arrested in the 100 block of North George Street on Dec. 9, according to police and court documents. Diaz was apprehended in connection with two robberies, the first of which occurred at the Smoke and Chill located at 100 East Princess Street in York on Dec. 5, according to police.
