The vandalism happened at the Starview Union Cemetery in the first block of Codorus Furnace Road in East Manchester Township, according to York County Regional police. Denny of the 200 Block of Greenfield Street, Manchester was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash on Gut Road of East Manchester Township at 5:38 a.m. by deputy Coroner Karen Frank. He apparently lost control of his vehicle while going around a curve, between 2nd Street and Wago Road, hitting a tree around 4:52 a.m., according to the coroner's release. A group of alarmed shoppers called 911 and began to seek out the owner of the car upon finding the infant locked inside a vehicle, screaming, covered in vomit in the area of the Subway at 1077 Sharpe Avenue. Teen Shoots, Kills Himself Near Railroad Tracks In York County A teen shot and killed himself near the railroad tracks in East Manchester Township on Tuesday. The York County Coroner's office was dispatched to the area of Gut and Wago roads at 8:39 a.m. for a report of a deceased male near the railroad tracks. Two deputy coroners responded and determine the teenage boy died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the abdomen.  The time of death was 9:23 a.m. There will be no autopsy.

At the end of Feb. a deal between the York County Prison and the executor of the estate of Veronique Henry was settled and sealed by the order of  U.S. Middle District Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson.
