Parking Spot Crash Near Funeral Home Kills Motorcyclist: York County Coroner (Update) A 54-year-old motorcyclist has died four days after being involved in a crash near a funeral home parking lot, authorities announced on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.  Jeffrey Burke, of the first block of East King Street in York, died from a hemorrhage and multiple blunt force injuries at WellSpan York Hospital at 12:10 p.m. on Sunday, as certified by Deputy Coroner Scott Pennewill.  His accidental death was caused by the crash in a parking spot located at 853 East Market Street, near Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, according to the coroner's release and Google Maps. Teenager Shot Dead In Central PA Days After His Birthday: Coroner Two teenagers were shot over the weekend in central Pennsylvania, according to police. The shooting occurred in the 500 block East Boundary Avenue on Saturday Dec. 4, at approximately 10:27pm according to York City police. A 15-year-old girl was shot and will survive, but the young man has unfortunately passed, police say.
