Samoad Anyea Key, 37, of Lancaster, was pursued by police after he failed to pullover for a routine traffic stop on Sept. 9. Man Arrested After Chasing Man With Gun Following Stabbing, Harrisburg Area Police Say A man was arrested after another man was found stabbed at a reported shots fired incident, according to Lower Paxton Township police. Police were called to the 6000 block of Willowspring Road for a report of shots fired on Tuesday around 12:53 p.m. A caller told Emergency Dispatch Services they saw a man with a gun chasing another man while running down the street.
