Dover Motorcyclist ID'd Following Crash With Volkswagen: Coroner A motorcyclist died at WellSpan York Hospital following a crash in York County on Tuesday morning.  The 63-year-old rider of a 2000 Suzuki motorcycle has been identified as David Paul Swords of Dover, Washington Township, according to an update release by York County Coroner Pam Gay.  Swords was heading south on Davidsburg Road when a 25-year-old Carlisle man turned left onto West Canal Street — entering the path of the Dover motorcyclist, according to a release by the Northern York County Regional Police Department.  The driver of the 2011 Volkswagen Jetta stayed on the sce…
