The images were found during a "proactive investigation" of file sharing networks launched by Corporal Anthony Reppert of the state police's Computer Crime Task Force. The task force executed a search warrant at James Sheaf IV's home on Valley Street, in Glen Rock on Mar. 29, according to the release by state police.
