Alert Issued For Missing, Endangered Philly Area Woman, 10-Year-Old Daughter Coatesville police have issued an alert for a missing and endangered mom and her 10-year-old daughter. Shalika Shelton, 30, and her daughter Cartier Jackson were last seen around 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19 on the 800 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, local police said. The girl's godmother and legal guardian told police that Shelton may have taken the child to Philadelphia, police said. Authorities say Shelton has "untreated mental health concerns." Chester County Man Accidentally Shoots, Kills Friend While Playing Dice A 20-year-old Coatesville man playing with a handgun accidentally shot and killed his friend while playing dice, authorities announced. Dapree Bryant and Daryl Perry, 18, were playing dice at a house on the 300block of Community Lane in Coatesville on May 29, Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said.
