Gavin Bossom Accused Of Stabbing Man In Neck With Scissors One man has been charged and another is in a hospital following a fight that ended with scissors been plugged into one of the men's neck, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday. Just before PSP York Troopers were called to "an assault" in the 300 block of Channell Road, Fawn Township, 23-year-old Gavin Bossom of New Park, PA "engaged into a verbal and physical altercation" with a 55-year-old man, as stated in the release.
