York Protestor Among 60 Arrested In I-676 Shutdown In Philadelphia: State Police More than 60 people have been arrested in connection with a protest that completely shutdown I-676 in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon, March 30, authorities said. The protestors were from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and ran onto the highway at Broad Street around 4 p.m., causing disruptions to traffic flow, Philadelphia police said at the time. On Sunday, March 31, Pennsylvania State Police released a list of towns and ages of those arrested, all who were charged with disorderly conduct. 'Criminal Opportunists': 20+ Arrested For Looting In Philly, Police Say Twenty or more people are in police custody after a group of "criminal opportunists" looted stores in Center City and elsewhere Tuesday night, Sept. 26, Interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John M. Stanford told reporters at a press conference.  Multiple stores were "broken into or (...) ransacked" beginning around 8 p.m., Stanford said. Alert Issued For Missing, Endangered Philly Area Woman, 10-Year-Old Daughter Coatesville police have issued an alert for a missing and endangered mom and her 10-year-old daughter. Shalika Shelton, 30, and her daughter Cartier Jackson were last seen around 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19 on the 800 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, local police said. The girl's godmother and legal guardian told police that Shelton may have taken the child to Philadelphia, police said. Authorities say Shelton has "untreated mental health concerns."
