Jared Harpster Killed; Andy Ramos-Alicea Sr., Jr. Charged A father and his son have been charged with homicide in connection with a fatal shooting during a fight, authorities announced on Tuesday.  Jared Harpster, 35 of the 100 block of Long Lane in Newberry Township, was pronounced dead at WellSpan York Hospital at 1:09 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, according to the York County Coroner's Office.  Deputy Coroner Scott Pennewill was called to Wellspan York Hospital to investigate and certify his death.
