Drunk 68-Year-Old Bicyclist Arrested Following Central PA Crash: Police A 68-year-old man — with a record of driving under the influence was supposedly caught doing it again — this time on a bicycle, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Andrew Joseph Dawson Jr. was found lying in the 100 block of Erford Road, Camp Hil on Nov. 16, according to a release by the East Pennsboro Police.  Officers were called to the reported bicycle accident but found Dawson appearing " to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage" at 11:01 p.m., as stated in the release. Drunk Bicyclist With The Highest Level Of Intoxication Causes Crash In Central PA: Police A bicyclist who was "visibly intoxicated" caused a crash in central Pennsylvania police said in a release on Tuesday, Oct. 4.  Allana Marie Shirk, 35, of Columbia, PA, had five vodka shots prior to peddling along the 700 block of Ridge Avenue on Sept. 14 at approximately 8:43 p.m., according to area police.  Columbia Borough police were called to scene of a crash in the area and found that Shirk had crashed into an F150 pickup truck and damaged it.  She was sitting on the curb and admitted to drinking multiple shots in under 15 minutes, shortly before she went bicycling, pol…
